// DESCRIPTION
A precision surgical blade used in medical procedures. In combat, it deals 1d5 damage at Adjacent range — minimal, but the scalpel's real value is its precision. It can be used for field surgery, delicate dissection, and tasks requiring fine motor control. A scalpel in the hands of someone with Surgery skill is a medical tool. In the hands of someone without it, it's a desperate last resort. The blade is fragile and will break if used to pry or lever anything.
